OVERVIEW
We built myAster to do what no other healthcare app in the region had done — connect every touchpoint of care into one experience. From booking a doctor to filling a prescription or tracking your health data, everything now lives in a single, intuitive system. It’s not just an app — it’s the digital spine of a healthcare network serving millions.

THE CHALLENGE
Aster had world-class services, but each lived in its own bubble. Patients called, ordered, and booked across different systems that didn’t talk to each other. We needed to design one experience where digital and physical care blended seamlessly — without losing trust, clarity, or cultural nuance.

THE SOLUTION
We built myAster around flow, not features. A unified home experience now connects consultations, pharmacy, and health data. The same design system runs through every screen, every clinic, every interaction — so no matter where a user starts, the journey feels familiar, coherent, and human.

THE RESULT
myAster became the benchmark for healthcare super-apps in the Middle East — a model of how to unify online and offline healthcare at scale. It turned a multi-service business into a single ecosystem that people rely on daily for care, convenience, and continuity.

CONCLUSION
myAster proved that when design bridges systems — hospitals, pharmacies, data, and people — healthcare stops feeling like logistics and starts feeling like life in sync.er from a multi-service provider into a connected ecosystem where care, commerce, and community converge. It proved that when design operates at a systems level, digital transformation becomes inevitable — not aspirational. This project wasn’t about building an app; it was about architecting the future of healthcare experiences in the region.
